I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois and Life Coach. I obtained a Master of Science in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Illinois University. l know the importance of trust in a therapeutic relationship and believe it is the foundation for growth and healing as I assist individuals, couples, and families through their life journey. I look forward to working together with individuals from a variety of life experiences and recognize that the client’s perspective frames how they cope. Leaving therapy knowing that you are capable of so many things is key to continued success.
