About
I am from Massachusetts and received my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I utilize trauma and attachment based orientations in my practice while incorporating diverse treatment approaches amongst my diverse client caseload. I have worked with families, children and their families, college students and individuals. I help with a range of issues including unresolved trauma, racial trauma, major depression, anxiety, and family conflict with a particular interest in Black Mental Health. I value creating a safe and therapeutic space for clients to feel seen and heard.
