Hi - I’m Crystal. It sure is complicated to be an adult these days. We are surrounded by chaos, catastrophe, covid – on top of regular life expectations of work, relationships and family. The canned response of “increase your self-care” is much easier said than done. Co-existing with anxiety and/or depression has become a way of life.
