I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Mexico. I graduated with my MSW from Howard University in 1995, and I have experience providing mental health support, advocacy, and social services for 30 years. I am inspired to be a therapist because I desire to help others and assist people with the challenges of daily living. My way of connecting with my clients is warm, engaging, patient, and to listen intently. I believe in the relationship between the body-mind-spirit and how stress affects the body.
