Welcome! I started my own business in 2016 and am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Wellness Coach. I was raised in Northwest and have lived in the area most of my life. I attended Lewis-Clark State College for my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Argosy University, in Texas, for my graduate degree in Professional Counseling. I have over 15 years of experience in clinical counseling. I currently hold an active license for both the State of Idaho and State of Washington.

I am certified in Adlerian Therapy and have specialized training in EMDR, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health. The modalities that I use in my private practice are: CBT, EMDR, Person-Centered, EFT, and Adlerian Therapy. I treat anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions for people ages 18 and up.

I enjoy being a part of someone�s journey to a better self. The best part is being able to step in and walk through the hard stuff with them all the way through to the other side. There is a high level of satisfaction, for me, when I see my clients achieve their goals.

I choose to approach mental health counseling from a whole person perspective, which means looking at all aspects of a person�s life and not just the issue that brought them to my office. I often find there are many contributing factors and not just one that is causing them to seek out professional help. I feel it is important to look at how thoughts and emotions, mindfulness, self-care, nutrition, exercise, and many other aspects that make up who we are as a person and are vital to healing. By using a more holistic approach the results are much more long lasting and self-empowering.
