Hi- My name is Crystal and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I take pride in helping others achieve their goals. I strongly believe that we have uncovered strengths and have the ability to learn new skills to enhance our lives. My role is to accompany you on your journey and help transform your wellness into a more whole and fulfilling one. I am an empathetic listener and provide a collaborative environment, where we work side by side, to overcome any challenges or stressors present in your life. My counseling approach is person- centered, integrative and solution focused. I've helped individuals to address anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-worth and stress management- to name a few.
