Hello and thank you for choosing Find A Therapist at this very challenging and difficult time.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Colorado and certified in Palliative and Hospice care. For over 10 years, I have held space for individuals and families experiencing this transformative time of their lives. It has been an honor to learn from each and every individual I have worked with and, like life, the dying process is fluid and brings with it opportunities for learning, growth, pain and relief.

I use a combination of modalities to help others evaluate and manage their thoughts and emotions and overcome behavioral issues. My past work and current work, (as a behavioral health provider in a rural clinic), provides me the opportunity to utilize mindfulness for stress reduction, cognitive behavioral therapy, supportive psychotherapy, life review and grief and trauma support. My assessment includes, physical, emotional and spirtual health. I believe in human connection and, when the timing is right, the healing power of laughter.
