I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem and confidence, career difficulties, & coping with life changes. More specifically I've supported clients regarding Body Image Issues, Emotional Eating and Food-Related Issues, Life Purpose, and Developing Self-Love. I completed my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology at Temple University. I initially started working as a school counselor, supporting adolescents as they navigate the path toward adulthood while also managing challenging experiences and emotions. I then expanded my work to include supporting adults as they navigate stress, anxiety, burnout, and life changes.
