I am Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 25 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & bipolar disorder. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I help individuals create and implement healthy habits and routine which greatly improves mental health.
