I am a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in Texas with 3 years of professional work experience. I have vast experience in helping clients with grief, anxiety, depression, relationship and family issues, history of trauma, substance use, challenging irrational thoughts, stages of development, identity development, and career difficulties.

My therapeutic modalities include: Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Client-Centered, Psychodynamic, and Motivational Interviewing. Rest assured I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to your specific needs.
