I'm Crystal Garman, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Greenville, North Carolina. I have mostly worked in a medical setting with individuals with chronic illness. I have worked with a variety of individuals struggling with a variety of concerns to include, anxiety, depression, parenting issues, chronic illness, ADHD or adjusting to a life situation. I am Triple P certified to help parents improve child behavior issues.

My priority in counseling is to establish a therapeutic rapport with my clients, as that is so important. I also make sure the goals that we set for treatment, are your goals and not what I think you should work on. You are the expert of your own life and I am here to walk along side you and help you through it. My counseling approach is mostly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy where we learn how our thoughts, feelings and behaviors are all connected and how they are contributing to our mental health.
