About

I am licensed mental health counselor that has worked with children, adolescents and young adults who struggle with emotion management, trauma and aggression. I took a special interest in working with couples and families in improving their communication and intersections. As a woman of color it is very important that disenfranchised communities understand the importance of seeking therapy and breaking generational traumas.

As a woman and mother I can understand and relate to the difficulties that women experience with post partum depression, stress and anxiety. Beside mental health issues I also provide life coaching and can help individuals with creating meaningful goals and setting plans in motion to accomplish those goals.
