I am a certified trauma informed therapist who works with the LGBTQIA+ community, trauma survivors, and couples. I see individuals, couples, and families via a video platform. I use relaxation techniques, mindfulness interventions, somatic interventions, CBT, Trauma Resilience Model, and person centered trauma informed care with individuals in treatment. I use collaborative couples/family therapy, and Gottman concepts with the couples/families I work with.
