My name is Crystal and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Southern California. I have been working in the mental health field since 2004. I have practiced in several arenas that include schools, hospitals, and residential treatment. I have the privilege and honor to work with resilient persons who have expressed concerns of anger, anxiety, substance abuse, and a wide range of challenges including family stressors, abuse, grief and loss.

I will meet you where you are at emotionally. Creating goals and working through struggles can feel uncomfortable at times, yet, can create healing. My approach is warm and welcoming in a space created just for you. Our time together is tailored to meet your specific goals and needs. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Solution-Focused, and Mindfulness to help through the journey.
