It is not easy being young, I know, I have been there. It can be painful when no one will listen or care about your problems, they have their own. As a native of Baltimore City, graduate of Baltimore City Schools and a retired Counselor of Baltimore City Schools, I believe I have the expertise to help others conquer obstacles in life. I can assist you with strategies to cope and overcome peer pressure, bullying, anger, depression, trauma and more. My passion is working with At Risk Youth/Adults, providing interventions to help them get through difficult/dark times and prepare them to live a more healthier, stable lifestyle in the future. To help them understand that life is not over, they can prevail. I have more than thirty years of experience working, in various capacities, with at-risk youth/adults within Baltimore City. I worked as a Parent Facilitator with the Baltimore City Health Department, partnered with the House of Ruth as well as various substance abuse clinics in Maryland.
