Congratulations on taking the first step in this part of your journey toward healing! Whether you have been struggling for a while or are just beginning your journey, whether you have sought therapy before or are new to this experience, I am here to walk alongside you. Together, we will work to better understand your unique challenges, find solutions that work for you, and help you to achieve your goals.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I have training and experience which allows me to provide treatment to a wide array of individuals, across the lifespan, and varying mental health concerns. I utilize a collaborative, solution focused, person-centered approach, working to understand your unique background, history, experiences, and needs, in a supportive and nonjudgmental manner. I have training and experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community, am gender affirming, kink aware, and poly-friendly. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect, compassion, sensitivity, and dignity and these tenants are the building blocks of my therapeutic work. All are welcome and supported here.
