Hello, I am Crystal Espinoza a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. As a therapist, I find it an honor to walk with clients through their challenges and difficult seasons. I work to provide a safe environment where clients are open to exploring and finding ways to manage emotions. My approach I approach therapy with the client being an expert in themselves. While I am here to help guide and lead, I believe everyone has the knowledge they need to change themselves. Theories I use include CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy. My focus I have experience working with Anxiety, Depression, Mood, and Trauma-related disorders. I also focus on addressing boundary work, communication skills, and emotional regulation skills. My communication style I create a safe, warm, and empathetic environment for my clients. I provide a nonjudgmental space where clients are welcome to share whatever it is they feel tugging at them. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is key to making change and it is a big reason I work to create a safe environment for clients. My goals for you I approach goal setting as a collaborative approach. I work with clients individually to set goals and check in on them as we progress through therapy. My first session with you A first session with a client is focused on building a connection with the client. I want to learn more about them and learn about what they want to address in therapy.
