Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas with 4 years of counseling and treatment planning experience. I have worked heavily with clients who have experienced emotional, sexual, and physical trauma. However, I do have experience working with an array of issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship and familial conflict, parenting, personality disorders, and work-related stress.

I take a person-centered approach to counseling; I prefer to see you as an individual and the environment around you while creating goals together in a supportive and therapeutic environment. I take an eclectic approach to counseling and treatment planning, I am aware that there is not a one-size-fits-all approach and am open to navigating multiple avenues of therapy when needed.
