I believe "Feeling Good" matters and that it takes both strength and courage to seek out therapy. I am a licensed mental health counselor, (M.S.Ed, LMHC), who received my master's degree in mental health counseling from The College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY. I have 10+ years of experience working with children, teens, and adults providing both child, individual, and family therapy. At this time, I specialize in adolescents, young professionals, and adults. Some of my specialty areas include life transitions, relationship/family issues and dynamics, narcissistic abuse, women's issues, self-worth, LGBTQ+, sexuality, and gender identity, along with grief and loss. The goal of my work is to support and encourage positive change and increase your understanding of yourself. I utilize a non-judgmental approach that is trauma-informed and will work with you to help identify your strengths and increase the coping skills needed to reach your goals within the treatment. My goal is to meet you wherever you might be in your healing journey with compassion and empathy and to provide a safe and welcoming space for you to work through past or present experiences that are causing you discomfort and pain.
