Hi, I am Dr. Cristina Bautista, Psy.D., LMFT. I have over 10 years of experience in helping children, adolescents, parents, adults, and couples. I am a mother, a military spouse, and a Latina. I believe everyone can use a little help so you may be the best person you can be. If you are being proactive or need a bit of help with current problems I will be able to provide you with the tools necessary to overcome anything. I work from a CBT and Solution Focused orientation to teach you the tools you need and see results fast. I work from a Cognitive Behavioral and Short-term theory model to give you the skills necessary to feel better quickly. Acceptance Commitment Therapy to learn to work on the things that give you purpose and vitality, I also incorporate Mindfulness since there has been researching to back up the finding that CBT with Mindfulness has the most effective outcomes.
