Hello! My name is Cristin Small and I have worked in mental health for over 20 years. I am a Licensed Mental Health Professional originally from Canada, currently living in The Sunshine State of Florida. I have worked with clients of all ages and from all walks of life. In my practice I make it a point to see all of my clients as individuals with their own strengths and personalities. I have a true passion for helping others heal and find their love for life once again. I have most recently worked with women experiencing PTSD and living with the effects of trauma, and have found them to be some of the most resilient and determined people I've ever met. I have an open-minded approach with my clients and I believe we are all experts in our own lives. I am able to build a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients and have been told I am very easy to talk to. I would never say that therapy is easy but I can say that it will be worth it. You are worth it!
