Through human connection, healing can take place. I hope to help you begin the process to improve your emotional health no matter where you are in life. As your therapist, my goal is to help you feel at home in your body, mind, and heart. I can help deconstruct and shift your “shoulds” into something that feels more authentic and meaningful to you. Sometimes all we need is a safe environment to explore primary interests, develop goals, and determine strengths and assets to move forward. Crickets experience involves complex trauma, attachment & relationship issues, anxiety & other mood disorders, & rebuilding skills related to relaxation and stress management. She approaches therapy in a collaborative manner, truly connecting with her clients, and listening to their needs/goals, while gently guiding them in healing. It takes courage to consider reaching out for help and taking the step toward change.
