Undergraduate degrees from Rhode Island College: BA in Psychology minor Behavioral Neuroscience and a BS in Chemical Dependency Addiction Studies. Masters degree from the University of Southern California in Clinical Social Work focusing in Military/Veteran systems. Also a United States Marine Corps combat veteran.
My style is laidback, person centered therapy with a focus in solution focused brief therapy. I aim to identify personal strengths and specify goals. We can work towards identifying obstacles towards achieving goals using cognitive behavior therapy techniques and solution focused therapy techniques.
