I am a licensed clinical social work with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples with a wide range of mental health related issues. I have been through life experiences myself that I feel help me relate well to my clients needs. I work from a humanistic and cognitive behavioral approach and I am warm and sensitive to the needs of my clients and treat everyone as the most important client I have. I have been quite successful over the years in helping my clients meet their therapeutic goals and live a better life after their treatment with me is finished. I understand it can be difficult to seek help initially but I also know how rewarding and beneficial it can be once the process begins and you see the changes in your life taking place I am here and ready to help you take that step forward
