I am licensed in South Carolina with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & eating disorders. I
believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I engage my clients in many modalities of therapy; including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), based on their expressed concerns and goals. I am also Level I Brainspotting trained.
