I am here to help guide you through the process of self-discovery and healing. Together, we can release old trauma, process current emotional distress, and create greater joy and meaning. Your path is unique, which is why I work collaboratively with all my clients, developing a plan of action that pays respect and homage to each individual’s sacred journey. During my years as a counselor, I have utilized techniques from a range of sources such as mindfulness-based stress reduction, emotional freedom therapy, solution-focused therapy, and positive psychology. I am also versed in cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. Whatever you need, we will find a way to access immense growth!
I hold a master's in counseling from the University of the Cumberlands and am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of Indiana. During my professional career, I have worked with individuals of all ages and stages. I focus very seriously on maintaining appropriate continuing education including enrichment in multicultural counseling, LBGTQ+ issues, social justice, and ethical practices.
