I know what it’s like to feel trapped by emotional pain. After losing my mom in 2005 I embarked on a journey through grief that made me the person I am today. The grief will stay with me forever, but I now have life lessons that I’ve learned because of it. I’ve been a licensed mental health counselor for more than 10 years, and I’ve spent my career helping my clients work through grief, cope with postpartum depression and anxiety, and find coping skills that work to decrease panic and anxiety. I also run an Instagram page, where I share tips about coping with grief and other mental health concerns. You don’t have to feel this way anymore. I can help when you feel like you are drowning in pain, and together we will navigate the journey to happiness. I look forward to helping you heal! I can help you. It’s often hard to admit that you are struggling and even harder to ask for help. You will never “get over” the person you lost, but you will find a way to work through the pain and eventually it will fade and become more manageable. I’m living proof of that.
