I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist who has been serving people of all ages as a counselor for the past 11 years. It takes courage to share your story, and I am honored to partner with you on this journey. I have experience in helping clients reduce depression, anxiety, stress, and anger. I can support clients in working through relationship and communication concerns, life transitions, and trauma. My involvement in hospice has also given me insight into assisting clients who have received a terminal diagnosis for themselves or a loved one. Postpartum depression, parenting struggles, parent-child relationship issues, and understanding family dynamics are also areas I have expertise in.

My clinical approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs and do my best to ensure you feel open to share what’s on your heart.
