I am a Therapist and have been providing mental health services for 5 years in outpatient and in-home settings. I see Individuals and I address Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Post-traumatic stress, and Relationship challenges. As a clinician, I utilize a client-centered approach to provide my clients with empathy, support, and a safe space to achieve their therapeutic goals. I understand that reaching out and finding a therapist to work with can be difficult and feel overwhelming at times, but I am committed to walk alongside you every step of the way. You are not alone in this journey. My experience includes working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, personality disorders, relationship issues, substance abuse, grief/loss, and those who are coping with health issues. My approach to therapy is individually based on the client's needs, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), solutions-focused, and positive psychology approaches.
