Hello! My name is Courtney, and I have been working in mental health for over 10 years. I am a licensed clinical social worker and have worked in a variety of mental health settings. I currently work in a hospital setting, but my passion is working with individuals who are struggling with life issues and mental health concerns. I especially enjoy working with trauma as I can see the healing that occurs when it is properly dealt with. I also have lots of experience working with clients who have struggled with anxiety, depression, bipolar, panic disorder, OCD, and ADHD as well as relationship issues and life coaching. I've also worked with couples, as well as with parents and children.

My counseling style is based on the belief that the relationship between therapist and client is of the utmost importance. Without a strong therapeutic alliance, the work is much more difficult and not as helpful for the client. So with that belief in mind, I aim to provide a nonjudgmental, helpful, and caring atmosphere in the services that I provide. My main goal is to help you to become the best version of you.
