I am so glad you are starting your journey to take care of your mental health and I am excited to help you along the way. My name is Courtney and I am a licensed mental health counselor. I have four years experience working with adults and adolescents. I have focused my work on trauma and anxiety, however have a broad range of experience. I believe that therapy is never “one size fits all” and I take the time to understand the unique needs and strengths of each client I work with. I hope to help you develop a sense of understanding and compassion, as you work toward a healthier future and the life you want.
