About

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 4 years of experience. I have been trained as an integrationist therapist as I work with both mental health and substance use. I work with clients who have a range of concerns such as, depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, ADD, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, marriage issues and people who have a history of trauma or abuse.
My approach is focused on engagement and rapport building with my patients and providing a safe environment for them to be their true selves. I provide a warm and encouraging space in order for my patients to be honest and open with me. I focus on person centered therapy, and also have experience with DBT, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and other practices. I am a flexible counselor who works from different approaches to meet my patients needs.
I know this process is not easy opening up and asking for help, but I am here and willing to be that therapist who helps guide you on your journey to your end goals and become a healthier individual all together.
