Hi! I am a licensed mental health counselor with 13 years of experience working with a range of populations to include: individuals, families, couples, and youth. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues/divorce, grief counseling, LGBTQ issues, and anger management.
My counseling style is accepting and interactive. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, and client centered therapy, however I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I look forward to working with you!
