Hi, I’m Courtney, and I am a Licensed Therapist who is fascinated by relationships. At the end of the day, the connection you have to the people you love is what truly matters. ?I work with individuals, couples and young adults who might be struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. As a therapist, my style is direct, warm, and solution focused. I strive to create an authentic connection with my clients, so they have a positive and rewarding counseling experience. I make every effort to provide a personalized experience for everyone to explore self-actualization and increase overall internal peace and wellness. I believe you are the expert of your life and will help you develop awareness, find coping tools, and build on your strengths. Developing new ways of thinking and being can be hard, but the more attuned we are with ourselves the more we can deepen our connections to others, so I’ll be right alongside you to practice new techniques. I enjoy working with couples to help increase trust, intimacy and connection in their relationship.
