Hey There! I am Courtney. Do you struggle with the day to day stressors of life? Do you feel like you are drowning and just need a moment to breathe? If yes, then I am your girl. Rooted in real life coping skills, my approach begins with open ears and mind. I believe you are the expert on your own life and my role is to assist you by walking alongside you. You know yourself better than anyone else, and I am here to help remind you of that. As your therapist, I will remain open and provide you with a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings and actions. I will assist with challenging those difficult thoughts and provide feedback to help you become the best version of yourself.
