I provide a safe haven for individuals feeling displaced and seeking acceptance in this fast-paced world. I consider it a privilege and an honor to work with every one of my clients and provide a welcoming environment for them to receive the respect, dignity, and mental health care that they deserve. I believe in authenticity and providing real-life solutions to real-life problems. I’ve worked with adolescents and adults from all walks of life. My holistic approach is one that embraces positive change in any way, shape, or form. My specialties include ADHD Behavior Therapy, Substance Abuse, Adjustment Disorder Alcoholism, Anxiety, Depression, Mindfulness, PTSD, Self Esteem, Stress Management, Self Esteem, and Suicidal Thoughts. Whatever you’re seeking support with, my goal is to meet you where you are and show you what you can achieve. I obtained my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and my CADC and CCTP. My educational experience helps me connect with my clients on a deeper level to help them understand what they are experiencing within their minds and bodies.
