Hi! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who can assist you in learning how to manage symptoms of anxiety, recover from interpersonal trauma and abuse, and create your ideal life through various therapeutic techniques. I identify as an eclectic therapist who prefers to use a blend of therapeutic interventions to cater treatment to your individual needs. I believe that no matter your present circumstances or your history, through developing self-awareness and collaboratively engaging in consistent hard work and the therapy process, you can achieve your personal and professional goals. By engaging in therapy with me, I will help you develop a stronger sense of self-awareness, enhance your perception of self and self-esteem, process through feelings of anxiety, fear, stress, and confusion, and identify helpful and maladaptive communication and relationship patterns to foster emotional, interpersonal, and relational growth and ultimately help you to create your ideal life. There is no strict stipulation on how long therapy lasts in working with me. While each session traditionally is held weekly and is only 60 minutes in duration, you are welcome to have sessions twice or more per week (if it is clinically indicated) and continue until you have achieved your treatment goals, whether that be in a few weeks, a few months, or even over a few years. This is a judgment-free zone! My hope for you is that you discover that you are worthy of living a life most healthily and happily possible.
