Clients seem to return because I listen to them. I help them unravel the deeper meaning behind their experiences and make connections in their relationships that they didn't realize. (I say, "and who does that sound like?" a lot.) I also genuinely like my clients, and they can feel this. Many of my clients have no one in their lives that they can take about "the deep stuff" with, and it's a relief when they can unload in my office. Clinically, I am very good at building a case conceptualization and identifying trauma imprints that cause dysregulation.
