Life is one big journey! I would genuinely love to help you navigate through some of life's storms that might have taken you off your path. I've been on journeys with people from all walks of life: people struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, experiencing homelessness, loss of loved ones and jobs, disenfranchisement due to sexuality, spirituality, complex relationships and much more. Life is beautifully complex. It's my goal to help you identify the tools you already possess and obtain new tools needed to get through life's storms, prepare you for future storms and to thrive. Together, let's discover your North Star and help you get back on your path. You're not alone. I earned my Master's in Social Work from University of Southern California in 2019 and Bachelors in Psychology from University of New Mexico in 2012. I have extensive knowledge in, and even passionate about, therapies: Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, but I truly believe that treatment is to be tailored to each individual I serve.
