Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and a licensed addiction counselor (LAC) in the state of Colorado. I have been in the field for 6 years and am very passionate about how mental health and substances interrelate. This can mean anxiety, depression, stress and how they combine with substance use, caffeine, alcohol, medications, etc. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, gender-related issues, stress, depression, or anger, I am here to help! My goal is to help you reach your goal(s). I have experience dealing with Anger Management, Relapse Prevention, adolescent stressors, weight loss, and coping strategies for intense emotions (sadness, anxiety, shame, etc).
