Hi there, I'm Courtney. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 4 years of experience in the field of mental health with experience in both in-patient and out-patient care settings, as well as telehealth counseling in a private practice setting. I am passionate about helping clients to explore healthier ways to cope with stress, regulate emotions, improve interpersonal relationships, and live a mindful and authentic life in mind, body, and soul.
