My name is Courtney Ma'at. I have been doing therapy for over 20 years. I enjoy the partnership of therapy and helping others reach their desired mental health goals. I believe having a therapist should be no different than making sure you have a Primary Care Doctor or a Dentist. I have worked in a variety of settings from inpatient mental health and substance abuse rehab to providing individual and family therapy.

I have worked with a variety of mental health conditions including but not limited to depression, Anxiety, PTSD, abuse, Peer issues, and relationship issues. I have experience working with children, and adults and have worked with Veterans and their families for the past 10 years. You will find working with me that it am easy to engage with. I believe in a judgement free zone and enjoy the process of being able to help someone feel better as we work together to achieve their desired goals.
Right now I offer daytime appointments and occasional weekend hours . Exceptions are made when needed but are not offered on a regular basis.
