Hello and welcome!
I am individually licensed in Minnesota as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), and in Wyoming as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and have been providing individual therapy in various settings since graduating from South Dakota State University with a specialization in College Counseling in 2016. My professional work has included in-home and outpatient therapy in rural, community mental health settings and has focused on treating ages 7+ with varying issues, with an emphasis in trauma treatment.

My treatment approach is based on our therapeutic relationship, meaning that I will view you with unconditional, positive regard, and empathy. This foundation will ultimately guide your treatment as it is my belief you are the expert of your own life, and I am here to assist in helping you (re)find your way back to yourself. My approach is also based off of a variety of theories that we will pull from to personalize your treatment. Theories that I often use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also use a lot of meditation, and mind-body education/practices in my work to assist in treating your whole being, as I believe our healing is easier when we're balanced.
