My work with clients is goal oriented, person centered, and strengths based. I help clients focus on empowering themselves to make informed decisions for their mental health and overall well being. My background is in severe mental health and substance abuse. I have a specialty in trauma-informed and cognitive behavioral treatments. Meditation and Reiki energy healing can also be intertwined into client healing journeys. What is your approach to therapy? I start where the client is and validate where they are coming from. I help clients identify their strengths, thinking patterns, and coping skills. The focus is goal oriented and structured. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? During your sessions, a safe space is created for you to express yourself without judgement. We will work on treatment and coping plans specific to your goals and needs.
