Are you tired of trying to overcome life's challenges alone? My name is Corina Relyea and I am a licensed therapist in the state of North Carlina. I have 4 years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents and adults across the lifespan. I believe you are the expert on your own life and it is my role as a therapist to help you navigate life challenges through tangible coping skills and unconditional positive regard. From my experience, I have learned that individuals have the highest capacity to heal from their distressing situations when they have the opportunity to be heard, understood and validated. My approach is warm, empathetic and solution-focused. Reaching out for help can feel daunting but I am here to make the process feel natural and supportive. I have experience working with individuals struggling with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, borderline personality disorder, trauma, life transitions and burnout.
