Welcome to my profile! You have taken a huge first step in reaching out for help, and I'm honored you are considering me to accompany you on this part of your life journey! A little about me - I live in Houston, Texas and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I knew almost my whole life that I wanted to be a counselor, because I knew I wanted to help people in a very direct and personal way. I have experience working in non-profits, addiction groups, private practice, and university settings.

In my practice, I approach every individual with warmth, compassion, and empathy. I tailor my approach to each individual, because every single person is unique and there is not a one-size-fits-all approach in counseling. I enjoy getting to know each of my clients and building strong therapeutic relationships with them. Humans are wired for connection, and connecting with your therapist (me) is the most important part of us working collaboratively together in this therapeutic space.
