I am a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with depression and anxiety. I also specialized in couples work and am Gottman and EFT trained. I have had extensive training in trauma, abuse and attachment issues, which often informs how I do the work with clients, individually and in partnerships/families. Transitions in life can shift things and often people struggle during these times. I utilize evidence based practices and frameworks to help clients navigate relationship difficulties, in their romantic partnerships, and family and work relationships. I really focus on compassion and accountability in order to help people work towards accepting themselves and learning skills to build the life they want.
