His personal and professional accomplishments include teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in Psychology. He has held the following clinical and leadership positions: Director of Psychological and Social Services at Curative Rehabilitation Center, Chief Psychologist at Midwest Clinical Services and Psychology Fellow at Curative Rehabilitation Center. Dr. Hartney received the prestigious award as a Fulbright Scholar through Marquette University. He has also authored several publications on a variety of behavioral health topics.
