Hello, my name is Constance Rojas Macy, LCSW-C, with 21 years of experience as a Therapist in Maryland. Previously, I worked with adults in a Mental Health unit in a general hospital. Much of my work is with adults on a variety of issues from a compassionate and integrative approach and I collaborate with clients to determine the most realistic path to address their concerns in order to feel better about their lives and overall well-being. In addition, it is important to assist clients in building a sense of empowerment and confidence in coping with life’s challenges. It is always rewarding to see growth and positive change over time enabling people to progress more easily throughout life. While no one is free of stress, therapy is an effective way to better reach one’s potential and get the most out of life. I utilize different therapeutic approaches depending on one’s concerns and challenges, as each person is unique, and therefore, there is no “one size fits all” in the therapeutic process.
