I live in Florida and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I graduated from Webster University in Missouri with a M.A. in Counseling and my BFA in Visual Design and Photography is from the University of Hawaii. I also have extensive workshops in Art Therapy, Grief Therapy, Anxiety and Depression and Life Coaching.
I have been helping individuals with depression, anxiety, grief, and live changes for many years. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy along with Solution-Focused therapy to aid you in creating a plan that will assist you in achieving your goals.
